Days 85 and 86 checking in
85 was half an hour of yoga concentrating on arms and abs (I couldn't sit up afterwards )
86 (today) was an 8k run (took me about an hour).
Best track of the run was Concrete Jungle by Black Label Society.
T minus 5 days until the run for charity.

10 squats x 3
15 lunges (on each leg) x3
25 jumping jacks x 4
30 sec plank x 2
30 sit ups x 2
20 russian twists x 2 (if you could count what I did as russian twists)
5 push ups x 2 (easiest part by far thanks to all those years of kickboxing)
Almost threw up afterwards. I am so terribly out of shape.

Ran 8k today in just under an hour.

Day 91 checking in
My run was today, I did the 8k in a personal best of 56 minutes and 30 seconds, complete with a slightly ridiculous christmas pudding woolley hat :silly:
I also did 20 minutes of yoga to stretch my very achy legs out.
A well deserved rest is coming!
