Workout Check-In Thread

Every time I read your check ins I chuckle. The coffee posts sound so depressing, like your on some deserted island.
"Day 163........still no coffee"
But congrats for day 5! My cousin was addicted to the stuff, he had a real hard time stopping as well.
Anyways I would like to join! I'm terribly out of shape. I want to get in at least 20 min of exercise a day. And maybe start some weight training later on...I've tried to add muscle before but I have trouble gaining weight or keeping it for that matter.

Thank you for the support. Actually i am doing less than 20 min a day (it is somewhere at 15 min), so do not worry that you haven't reach this goal yet. I can understand that it seems intimidating in beginning but i wish to give you a advice if i may
Try to start with something humble. i do not mean to at least something humble but to see it different and to try to do something humble and to be careful NOT to do something more, (deny yourself the right to do more), for a period of one or two weeks. For example set a goal for two weeks to do 2 or 3 push ups everyday and not more. After two weeks your body will revolt and it will ask for more
Workout can be a nice addiction, powerful and beneficial
I apologize for my typos and mistakes, (i am not a native English speaker )

been trying to bulk up some to get ready for some Spartan races im thinking about doing and american ninja warrior in 2016. last night I got my 1 rep max bench press up to 180. so close to my goal of 200. the new year is going to be bringing in a new workout as i start to do specific workouts needed for prevailing the ninja warrior course.

one metric crapton of pullups. stopped counting after 100, sets of ten. upper back rows. a lot of ab stuff. some push ups.
