I'm starting Yoga today. Two years ago, an extremely spiritual friend of mine told me to do Yoga. I ignored her. Two years later, not much has improved. haha. So, I'm going to give it a go. :)

Days 79 and 80 checking in

Day 79 was 20 minutes yoga

Day 80 (today) I ran 8.5 k in just over an hour. Best track of the run was Ride the Lightning by Metallica

It won't let me have a blank signature ...
