30 minutes of yoga focusing on abs and arms... had to roll over to sit up again ;)

i need to get back into a long term routine of physical exercise again. tonight i exercised my will power to not consume alcohol. i came close to posting on here how many drinks i lifted to pour into myself so i guess it all worked out.

Take it slowly and be positive.
If that helps when i started doing my workouts before 6 months i was doing 5 push ups per day.
I believe you can beat easily my very first record, so why don't you try? :)

3.5 mile jog yesterday. At 230 or so on my runkeeper tracker, plan to celebrate when I get to 300 miles ran.

Checking in for yesterday and today

Both days were 35 minutes yoga

Currently doing a '30 days of yoga' series on Youtube, hope to improve my flexibility a bit more.. I am like a bloody plank at my moment!
