I'm a bit behind with my checking in... I can remember everything I did so only checking in for today...

Little more than three weeks out from the Triathlon. This week has been brutal on the team as we are working with a trainer 3 days a week. Not gonna lie, I am in pain today.
4 mile run (slooooow run)
7 mile bike
600m swim
And it was leg day on weights. Stairs are proving troublesome!

I am back after being grounded for 2 weeks. I am still weak and i have still a bit of pain.
Unfortunately i am not Vegetarian anymore. I will try again later.
