Chest & back day, second day back to the gym after about a year. 4 sets of everything, eight rep minimum.
Bench machine - 105 lbs, 95 lbs, 75 lbs, 60 lbs
Incline bench machine - I could make it up, but I don't remember. Approximately 2/3 of bench numbers.
Cable flys - 22.5 lbs, 20 lbs, 17.5 lbs, 17.5 lbs (per arm)
Row machine - 105 lbs, 85 lbs, 75 lbs, 65 lbs.
Rows - 70 lbs, 70 lbs, 70 lbs, 50 lbs
Lat pull-down - 100 lbs, 70 lbs, 50 lbs, 50 lbs.
Assisted pull-ups - 3 at effective weight 95 lbs, 5 at effective weight 65 lbs
Push-ups - Uh... 0. I tried.

I really enjoy this lad's stuff ...
... although what he was saying about injuries - :pinch: - I don't know. I've seen other people get hurt in a lot of stupid ways over the last 30 or so years. I don't really need to hammer myself in the face with a dumbbell or tear all of the ligaments and tendons out of my knees, hips, shoulders and elbows thinking that it is going to make me "ripped". The avoidance of injury factor is the most "functional" aspect of bodily maintenance. Mens sana in corporo sano...
