Back on the wagon after an embarrassingly long time, during which I grew a fantastic Santa tummy to go with my Santa beard :P

Started small with a single bodyweight circuit today.

Changes on the plan. i didn't manage to stabilize the sit-ups so i will leave the sit-ups idea to be. instead ofsit-ups i will increase the other exercises, (push-ups, squats, and biceps).

20 x 4 push ups
20 x 4 air squats
20 x 3 x (2 hands) 5 kg biceps

Yay! First time back running in ...I forget how long....

Ended up with a mile done in 15 minutes. Quarter mile cooldown.

Checking in for yesterday and today

Yesterday was 15 minutes of yoga
Today was 20 minutes.. tried doing bakasana today but abs hurt too much so I couldn't keep myself up.
