Does horseback riding count? Tons of cardio and strength work in that.

I say it counts. Man I am Jealous now!! I havn't had a chance to ride since....geez....over 15 years :( I remember when I did horse back riding as a kid...Talk about a KILLER On the legs, back, arms, heck...the whole body!! If you do jumping its even more work.

35 mins in wiifit yoga, aerobics and strength training. Plus five min meditation for cool down. ;-)
