I ran my first 600m and it feels great.My goal is to stabilize the running to 1100m per time, (this is my long running path. For now i am taking the short path).

10 x 2 x (2 hands) 3 kg triceps
20 x 3 x (2 hands) 3 kg biceps
20 x 3 push ups
20 x 3 air squats
20 x 3 x (2 hands) 3 kg biceps
10 x 2 x (2 hands) 3 kg triceps
And Running 600m
