OMG! I am finished. I could only do it One time even though he said to
do the complete routine 3 times. It is the squats that did me in and I thought my
legs were in good condition. Was I ever wrong!!!
Oh well.....I am starting at the bottom so there is lots of room for improvement! :lol:

my arms, and legs always recover quickly so i can push on frequently...
maybe i shouldn't push my abs as hard as i push the rest of me..lol :whistle:

Are you doing sit-ups or crunces?
It was diffycult for me too to stabilize the sit-ups and i had a injury as well.
As safe and efficient way to work with abs are the squats.
Crunces were good in the beginning but i believe they are not so efficient as it is necessary
