Did the Nerd Fitness Beginner Routine for the first time.
OMG! I am finished. I could only do it One time even though he said to
do the complete routine 3 times. It is the squats that did me in and I thought my
legs were in good condition. Was I ever wrong!!!
Oh well.....I am starting at the bottom so there is lots of room for improvement!

It's always the lunges that kill me.

Are you doing sit-ups or crunces?
It was diffycult for me too to stabilize the sit-ups and i had a injury as well.
As safe and efficient way to work with abs are the squats.
Crunces were good in the beginning but i believe they are not so efficient as it is necessary :)

I was interested mostly about the lack of recovery you mentioned through the practice's aspect of things, but i am happy to hear that you are pushing yourself that much and you have my solidarity anyway :)
