5x5 Squat
5x5 Overhead press
5x5 Deadlift
1x30 Shrug
1x40 Calf raise
1x15 of each: Trunk twist, crunch, leg lift, back extension.

Four-week progress:
Squat: 160 lbs (73 kg) -> 200 lbs (91 kg)
Bench press: 140 lbs (64 kg) -> 152.5 lbs (69 kg)
Row: 140 lbs (64 kg) -> 165 lbs (75 kg)
Overhead press: 70 lbs (32 kg) -> 88.5 lbs (40 kg)
Deadlift: 185 lbs (84 kg) -> 210 lbs (95 kg)

This morning, I mistakenly put 20 lbs more than I intended on my first set of squats and was like :ohmy: . I almost inadvertently killed myself. Morning fog: the struggle is real. :laugh:

Each semester has a different schedule (different college, different day) but I try to get to the gym three times a week. The weight machine names below I hope are understandable. My free-weights days are pretty much over.

Today: two sets of twenty / weights in pounds
  • bicep curl / 75
  • triceps push down / 135
  • pectoral butterfly / 80
  • incline bench press / 105
  • low lat pull in / 105
  • ab crunch / 120
  • leg extension / 105
  • hip flexor / 140

  • There are other machines I use on occasion. I run a mile once a week; this week's time: nine minutes and twenty seconds.

    I did the thing again. NerdFitness Beginner's Bodyweight Workout.

    Didn't even finish two circuits this time, because I've gotten literally fat and lazy since last time.
