Day 71 checking in
Finally feeling well enough to run again. Been about a week since I last ran so I didn't make the 8k today, but I did get to 7k which was good enough for me. Struggled near the end to get enough breath in.. not sure what that was about. Ran for about 50 minutes. Best track of the run was Labyrinth was Oomph!
Will have to rethink my training plan though because a friend has signed me up for a half marathon
