tore up the heavy bag for a while yesterday morning, knuckles a little bloody and hands weak. pullups, pushups and upper back rows interspersed. im sore today.

Day 47 (Friday) half hour of yoga
Days 48 & 49 - rest days
Day 50 - had a uni assignment to finish and needed to the time so I didn't go to the gym
Day 51 (today) - 40 minutes of yoga and Kapalabhati breath practise. Did that, had a cinnamon tea, and now feel refreshed :)

It won't let me have a blank signature ...

did moderate to mean workout at the gym. weighted sled pushing, pullups, chest free weights. the sled thing will get ya.
