My first run went well, although I'm so out of shape I had to walk quite a fair amount. I think my runs after this week will be slightly better, if for no other reason than I won't be in a constant state of a hyper-vigilance. This week on campus they're hosting a Humans vs. Zombies-themed game of tag. I'm currently a human and would like to stay one for as long as possible, but that means, I think, that I might have held back a little subconsciously to save energy in case I had to run away from the "zombies".

Days 41 - 46 checking in..

Days 41 & 42 were sick days.. had a terrible cold
Day 43 I did some relaxing yoga
Days 44 & 45 were untimetabled rest days

Day 46 (today) was a run. Another 55 minutes including cool down so I’m very happy with that. Thought I was going to conk out after half hour because I hadn’t run since last Friday but kept going regardless. Ran 6.8k.
Best track of the run was Forsaken by Jonathan Davis.

In a month and a half I've almost doubled my running time, but still a little way to go.

It won't let me have a blank signature ...

yesterday: 5 sets of 20 pushups, 60 ish pullups in sets of ten
