Not sure what day it is because I'm typing this in the gym car park.

40 minutes running, best track of the run 'Are we having fun yet?' By Dr Steel.

I've been a bit pessimistic this week about my progress, but then I wrote a post in my journal yesterday about how even if you can control nothing else you can control your attitude. I will be taking my own advice... No negativity from now on, I promise!

4x Front Squat – increase load each round until 4x is hard, but doable
8x Kneeling Curl to Press – increase load each round until 4x is hard, but doable
3/3/3 Toe Touch Complex


(2) 17 Rounds

Rounds 1-5
6x Front Squat @ 65/95#
6x Burpees
Rest Round 6
Rounds 7-11
6x Front Squat @ 95#
6x Burpees

Rest Round 12

Rounds 13-17
6x Front Squat @ 95#
6x Burpees


(3) 5 Rounds

20 Second Front Bridge
20 Second Situp
20 Second Rest
(4) 5 Rounds

20 Second Seated Russian Twist (25#)
20 Second Face Down Back Ext
20 Second Rest

Sprint rounds 1-5, rest 1 minute round 6, sprint 7-11, rest 1 minute round 12, sprint 13-17
