totally forgot about this thread.

over the last month Ive settled into a nice routine of 1.5 hour sessions of Krav training 3x a week. Running on the alternating days. Yoga twice weekly and one day a week for sitting on my ass and watching rubbish movies.

I like it :)

@Adder, whey protein in particular or would any protein supplement work?

Specifically whey, but its not something I've researched much... just an excuse to budget it in for 'health reasons' ;)

Two bloody difficult workouts (not really bloody- sweaty perhaps described it better) on youtube with the gf.

Squats. Jumps. Running (High Knees)... etc.

Haven't exercised much over the summer lol so this was surprisingly difficult...

There is nothing more satisfying than getting the end of my run and realising I could actually keep going, when half way through I was almost ready to give up.

Now working to my training plan so I can run 8k/5miles in December. So far so good.

It won't let me have a blank signature ...

Each Semester my gym schedule changes depending on the class schedule. I'm getting in the groove this Semester keeping a MWF schedule. My routine is exclusively on weight machines: three sets of twenty reps across about ten machines which vary among a total of about fourteen different machines. Very short breaks.

Ugh i feel terrible!! I used to play rugby train two times a week. When i was in top shape i weighed 110KG, but after i had to quit due to my knee injury i dropped to 81KG.

Reading all this makes me realise i have to work out some more ... but for now im grabbing another beer :) free from work tomorrow!

Cheers
