Is it a kind of app? I only see text or is that supposed to be?
I lately started to do sport. The last year I already lost 25 kilo's which is 1/4th of my weight back then. I basicly did some swimming, like once a week, walked to school every day and didn't eat the big lot I used to and it kinda helped me losing weight but also muscles so now I swim 3 times a week and lift weights while watching tv on the evenings when I don't swim. (because the swimming is enough excercise for the muscles for one day) I can say, swimming a lot gets you kinda jacked pretty fast. Maybe I post a before and after ^^

If you mean the ZombieRun thing, yes, it's an app that you put on your phone and then listen to as you run. My friend uses it and the impression I get is that it makes your run into a kind of game where you have to escape zombies. :laugh:

Yesterday I spent an hour and a half at the gym - 15 mins on the rowing machine, 30 mins interval training on the cross-trainer, the remainder on upper-body weights machines.
I know that free-weights are supposed to be better and more natural, but the free-weights area is always packed full of vain muscley men trying to outdo each other...so I stick to the machines :dry:

the machines are better when one is all alone (without a spotter) ... albeit YOU wouldn't have any trouble getting a spotter
so, it could be that a room-ful of vain muscley men is just what you might need ...
(...besides -- it sounds like great fun ! but that's just me ...
)
:blush: I did not just say that !

Doing the 30 day abs challange starting yesturday. Pics at the end. Also, doing the last day work out for every day instead of working up to it on the chart.
