Got some good combat practice in at today's event....It's been a long time since my sword arm was sore, I think I am a bit sunburned though, but it was fun

I recently came across this website and love it. Most (I think all) can be done without any equipment.

I started the insanity workout program this week. I think the hardest part wasn't the work out, it was getting up at 430 in the morning to go to the gym...
So far I have the desire, I just hope it sticks around!

The Force has decided that I don't get to use my car, so my bikeing to work everyday hs be been pushed up to now. Yeah built in daily workout! Especially useful as a northern Shaolin practitioner as we do ALOT of kicks.

Just did a bit of everything, didn't pass out or vomit... but dont wann/cant move
It's winter here now, and the lower temp's mean I have shifted back to the heavier lifting (relatively speaking, it aint actually about weight but pushing for increases). I think my body can handle the inflammation from pushing it better in colder weather with its deeper sleeps and all that.
The "The Rock" is in my hometown shooting a movie, so I'm using his Twitter feed for motivation

Also: Decided I can watch as many cartoons as I want as long as I maintain "The Plank" or "Ma Bu" during the whole of the show...haven't started this, but I thin k it might work...
