Summer here, so I use my old Total Gym 1000 which is inside (cooler). Being inherently lazy, I base it around laying down or sitting and that makes it relaxing but also possible to remember the order of the routine which I designed myself!!!
1. Laying, Upside Down
2. Sit up
3. Lay down again
4. Sit up and swing around
5. Finally lay down again
6. Workout over, try to get up over and over until exhuasted, then sleep on Total gym until recovered.
Its easy to remember when structured in that way about which way I might be sitting - my body naturally remembers changes in position for some reason, like turning in sleep. Only have to remember 1 or 2 things per position instead of the entire thing in order.

Days 35 - 37 checking in
Day 35 was a rest day
Day 36 was 40 minute run at the gym (35 run + 5 cooldown). I'm definitely getting into the focus of running.. I run at speed intervals and I've become so focused I lose when I'm supposed to switch the speed. The music helps but sometimes I even forget that. Best track of the run was 'Coming Undone' by Korn.
Day 37 was 30 minutes yoga. I am seeing the effect of all the yoga I am doing.. while I am not flexible particularly, my flexibility is slowly increasing, and the strength in my arms has definitely increased.

Day 38 checking
45 minute run today (40 run + 5 cooldown).. was a good run today, didn't feel tired really at all until the very end.
Best track of the run was 'Playing with Fire' by Plan B. The whole album was pretty intense to be honest and I probably looked unduly serious while I was running but it helped with the focus. Definitely getting fitter.
