But also July gets more expensive, especially booking accommodation, because it's the summer, it should eb done before the summer ideally

Mark are you available on a single day that weekend? are are you unavailable even on the monday?

I leave for College at 7am on Sat 5th and return home around 8pm on Sun 6th. So I could do the Monday, I guess.

I'm with V-Tog on the whole saving money bit. Thanks ren for the vid on punting. It looks amazing! And pricey. XP Although cycling sounds nice.

Anyway, are we back on the first weekend in May? That's fine, though like I said I have two exams on the 4th. Though that Monday's clear for me, as Mark suggested above. But I do have an exam on Tuesday to get back for.

So perhaps we should go 5th/6th/7th then?

If so I will have to sort out time off from work etc... Else I will be working from 9-1 in the morning/afternoon

But 3 days seems ideal, because otherwise we WILL run out of things to do

OK, I'm up for the Monday. Do we have a plan of events we would like to do? It might be a nice idea to have a ceremony for those that wish to take their Oath in person, or maybe to confer existing ranks? Akkarin - live confirmation of your Knighting, perhaps? I could also bring along the certificate that I keep forgetting to post!

lol don't worry about posting the certificate (do you have my new address?), if I'm going to get it then having it live handed over by you would be much more awesomer than having it by post lol

Basically there are a few things we can do:

Punting (I don't think it's as expensive as ren makes out lol, but that's just me)
Cinema (if anything good is on)
Bowling
Just having a walk around Cambridge/Saffron Walden
Shopping
Having a sermon/ceremony etc
Having a meal out somewhere
Going out to a pub or something

That's what I can think of now
