Saturday 5th people arrive in Cambridge and we meet up
We do....?
Bowling?
Film?
Meal out?
Punting?
Swimming?
There's also laser quest which I had totally forgotten about (basically paint ball but indoors, in the dark and with lasers)
Night out or some such thing?
Sunday 6th
We do.....?
Same sort of things that we didn't do the day before (bearing in mind we will only have half a day on Saturday
Monday 7th
(In all likely hood I will NOT have work \o/)
Mark comes down
We hold sermon in Cambridge
Qi Gong?
Other Mark-related activities
That's how it's looking at the moment

Sounds brilliant. I've got my tickets and whatnot sorted out, so I'll see you all in Cambridge! Should we have a meeting place set up? And maybe we should swap contact info in case we can't find each other?

Maybe we should drink And see who truly has the force by their side!

If everyone is able to PLEASE BRING A CAMERA
That means a camera not a phone
If we can we're going to try to record some of it!
Phones are good for photos, but if we can we should try to get a nice camera that can take decent video recordings as well
Note:
If you don't want to appear in photos that will be published you don't and won't have to

My phone takes video at 720p and is a lot better than the camcorder I have as well!
BTW, what are we thinking of doing for the ceremony? I would like to wear my official outfit and have no problem with wearing it in public (which comes from parading round in robes as a pagan!!) but I wasn't sure if other people would be so keen. Cambridge is a reasonably nice place but we may attract undue attention and this might put some people off. Does anyone know where we could gather for this?
From the plans, it looks like the Monday will be more about ceremonies, energy work, etc so would we like something like a discussion forum? Maybe we could each pick a topic and give a short talk on it for us all to then discuss? In which case, somewhere inside might be better. Just throwing some ideas out there!
I have a friend who lives in Cambridge so I could ask her to research cheap/free functions rooms if we wanted to go down that route...

Dude, I have a 1080i 60fps HD camcorder. Consider it done. I was actually planning on making a gathering-review video for the temple...
Did I mention it takes photos, too? WHILE it's recording video. Or just on its own, if you'd like. Booyah.
