Not actually checking in...

Finding it hard to bring myself to do anything this week... some weeks my dislike of exercise beats any motivation I have to feel better. Glad to know my brain knows what's important :/

Front squat
Deadlift
Clean and press
25lb plate swing (in lieu of a dumbbell or kettlebell)
Pull-up
Front squat to push press
Push-up
Side bridge (30 seconds per side)

Today
3x3 Overhead press
3x10 Incline bench press
2x30 Shrug
3x10 Good morning
1x15 Hanging leg raise (foot to bar)
1x20 In-and-out

**Edit - Listened to Amon Amarth and Dethklok for most of the workout, finishing out with Mindless Self-Indulgence
