Sunday
In Circuit (only did this two times)
Front squat
Deadlift
Clean and press
25-lb plate swing (in lieu of kettlebell or dumbbell)
Front squat to press
Push up
Side bridge (30 seconds per side)

Yesterday
5/3/1 Overhead press
3x8 Incline bench press
1x30, 1x15 Shrug
3x10 Good morning
1x50 Hanging bicycle kick


Today
5/3/1 Deadlift
3x8 Hack squat
3x10 Good morning
3x8 Chin/Pull-up

Monday - 50 minute run, best track was 'American Capitalist' - Five Finger Death Punch

Tuesday - 30 minutes yoga

Today - 40 minutes yoga, plus some weights work on my arms and shoulders

Feeling good...

500 longsword Master Cuts
45 minute run
45 push ups
60 sit ups
30 mins calisthenics
30 mins punching work
20 mins kicking work
