Been squatting every day for the past 40 days. Feeling pretty good. Gotta keep it up. Maybe I'll do it for the whole year. We'll see.

I did DDP yoga for the first time today. I have to say I feel awesome after doing it.

First day back at the gym after some back pain.

Felt good to be in there despite my minds want to go home and chill. All over work out for the first 2 weeks.

Glad i found this thread!! Great motivation. :)
