Indeed I have. Truthfully, deloads are good for recovery. I don't feel quite as strong as before, but it helps to progress past what I did before, so it's definitely worth it. :)

Trying to get in shape. My goal is to work out for at least 30 minutes everyday. My workout today was 45 minutes on the stair exercise machine.
