Rants far and wide

I dislike when someone comes to you for advise and in need of consoling. Makes you think you helped and that they feel better by what you said or did, but then when asked by someone else, you had no idea what you were talking about and your advise sucked.

Next time, grow a set of balls and figure it out for yourself.

I respect you. I acknowledge you. I even recommend you...

However, I, nor anyone else, appreciates your "I'm the f***ing authority around here" attitude. You're not. You're not the boss or anyone's dad. You are not the enforcer or the savior saint of all-encompassing love and wisdom. Shed the bullshit and then you'll have earned my appreciation and openness for cooperation.

I hate you because you never take responsibility and leave everything to me , we are with so many but you decide that i can bear the full burden, i hate you because i cried like a little girl today and became angry , i dont want to be like that.

So many little things.... But instead...

I'm done. You've worked me to my limits and beyond. This is not a sustainable tempo. You've had me working this for three months. I am failing because you will not give me the tools I need to do my job. You take so much energy I have none left to bring home. I have no energy to play with my daughter, much less spend in recovery. I'm past my half-way point and seriously considering not reenlisting. I don't trust that you're going to let me go to the shop I'm suppose to be in. That I was suppose to go back to a year ago...

I'm done. You get to talk to SSgt Disgruntled now. Welcome to the land of "I don't give a ____. Please take a number and promptly shove it down the shredder bin"
