F_%6&:% aye! Is it me or do people have no decorum or grace whatsoever? Ive given plenty of bus tickets away without a thought. Today I discovered I left my booklet on another bus. A lady because she wanted to get home unwitingly paid for me. But then she moans and groans about it! Teach me to leave home without one booklet and two extras.

People playing hot potato with my phone calls at my company's local stores because they're too lazy / scared / bored / underpaid to just give me the information I need.

This is the sixth time I've been hung up on today by someone who couldn't be f@@*#! to actually do their job. At least some people try, even if it is drudge-work and underpaid. It's still important to do your best. "Let me transfer you" followed by a click once is a mistake. Twice? Maybe a mistake or phone trouble. Four times from one person? Don't even mess with me. Your name shows on my phone and you are accountable.

When you feel ill while at work but that one co-worker who's always sick is complaining that they feel like death.
