Today I am grateful for being able to look back at things I've said and done in the past to help see my progress. I'm also grateful for people who are willing to help point out those things, even if it's mostly for a good laugh. :lol: I'm looking at you, Rugadd. :laugh: :woohoo:

I am grateful I finally connected one type of mood swing I have with what causes it. No more energy drinks for me!( I needed to quit anyway)

I am grateful I got up this morning to do my routine. I know I've said this before, but the old me would've gone back to bed....so maybe, I'm grateful for progress I can see in myself.

Today I am grateful for memes. They have provided me entertainment today and spiced up an otherwise boring email conversation. Said conversation has now devolved to just sending memes back and forth. I am a mature, grown-up banker. B)
