I am grateful for mom* cooked meals. Not home cooked meals, mom cooked meals. No matter where it's made, who else makes it, or how much better it actually is when someone else makes it, there's just something about food the way your mom makes it. :)

* If your dad, grandma, grandpa, brother, sister, or anyone else is the person who usually cooked for you growing up feel free to substitute them in for "mom" in this case. :)

I am grateful for the office manager who always sets aside a box of the pens I prefer when she does the supply order. It is very thoughtful and it really does make my day just a little better. :)

I'm grateful that some folks finally posted in this thread again... I have a rule that I can't post two in a row, and I was getting anxious xD

I'm grateful to be the freezer and dairy down night tonight. Working the main floor in grocery has gotten a little (a lot) boring lately and I like having a task that sets me apart and challenges me. My boss keeps reminding me that only one other person (the guy who trained me) can do what I do. feelsgood.com :)

I'm grateful for public domain books and the people that host them (and that I got a chance this week to tell one of those people that I was grateful).

I'm grateful that the world is embracing free education and that I have been able to benefit from it.

Despite much of the abuse, trolling, advertising, tracking, spying etc. that goes on on the internet, there is still something good coming from it so I'm grateful for that too.

It won't let me have a blank signature ...

That when people ask "How are you" I can truthfully say again "I'm good!"

Made it through yesterday. Seems appropriate that today should be a day of thanksgiving.
  • I am thankful for friends, acquaintances, and the random people in my life who continually remind me that life is not all bad; who continually support me through all the yuck that's thrown at me. It's truly humbling to know people care about me as they do.
  • I am thankful my phone, which I thought had been lost in a convenience store, was recovered at a clients' home.
  • I am thankful that I was able to get to bed relatively early last night.
  • I am thankful the weather is much nicer today.

As of a few moments ago...

I'm now 100% debt free, except for a few thousand left on one student loan.

Brand new beast of a gaming PC? Paid off in full.

Credit cards? All at 0.

Feels SO good.
