Nice. I think you're referring to Dumbbell Flyes, which can be done on a flat or inclined bench.

I will track with fewer reps on the nerd fitness m-w-f. I will change the jumping jacks to stairs.

planning my smoothie:
small orange, 1/2 apple, 4 strawberries, dollup plain yogurt, handful kale, 4 ice cubes, 1/3 cup water, 1 te flax meal

Team of four "Screw your neighbor"
One member Runs, sprints, jogs, lunges or karaokes across the basketball court once or twice
While the rest do
push ups, butterfly sit ups, burpies, squats, mountain climbers, planks, or scissor kicks while we wait for our turn to run. Have to keep at it until all on the team have taken their turn doing the former.
