Ugh...legs.

Superset each group, increasing weight as reps decrease and vice versa. Sets are separated by the "/"

Barbell Squat - 50/40/30/20/10
Barbell Calf-Raise - 40/30/20/10/10

Leg Press - 10/20/30/40/50
Calf Press - 10/10/20/30/40

This pretty much describes my walk home from the gym...

Seeing posts in this topic every day has motivated me to stop lazing it around... been to the gym today with the (almost) husband and now feeling a lot better.
