All thoughts well received and understood. Besides the personal feeling over our growth it might be a useful tool to track our progress as younglings. I agree, a committee should be formed to investigate the allegations of Queen....oops, sorry. The whole idea of the ranking committee is a great idea, whether the whole process flies or not.
