Faith in what exactly? I wasn't aware that Jediism was based on faith...

Xon-Tay Lor, the reality is- those people that you would align with the movie Sith aren't disciplined enough to follow the Sith Philosophy- even as it is outlined in the Star Wars Universe.

Take into consideration that within the SWU there were plenty of people that were evil and were not aligned with the Sith. Just as there were plenty of people aligned with the good, but were not Jedi.

Ummmm...since Jediism is technically the religious aspect of Jedi (Jedi Realist, Jedi Pragmatic and Jediism) then it is really the most based on faith of the three. :P

Thank you for that link. I had just pulled out a pen and paper to start attempting to relearn Latin stems and endings, something that drove me crazy in school btw, so that I could translate what it appears was designed as nonsense.

Well my analysis of this Order is this: your ideology is essentially Christian; you are putting a Star Wars veneer on a Christian ethos and worldview. So I'm not surprised that you would speak of faith, because it seems that many of you are substituting faith in the Force for faith in the Christian God.

It seems to me that the people here come from several different faiths, only some of which even believe in a God at all, much less the God of Abraham (Christianity, Jews).

For the record, I align with the Jedi Realist path, because I AM Christian. My concept of "the Force" is scientific in nature (though quite a bit still not understood by scientists), and my belief in the supernatural aligns with Christianity.

Jedi Realists apply their religious belief in conjunction with their Jedi Path (this is one point where ToTJO and I disagree on the definitions of Jediism)
Jedi Pragmatics are Atheist Jedi (as far as I can tell, it was coined by Opie MacLeod, so he would be a better resource on what it really is)
Jediism are Agnostic Jedi

Some, sure...

My "faith" is in what i believe....

e lorem ipsum text is typically a section of a Latin text by Cicero with words altered, added and removed that make it nonsensical in meaning and not

proper Latin. [1]
