Grateful for my Niece. After ten hours walking in steel toed boots, I came home to a sink with no dishes, a vacuumed carpet and a dog with a full belly. Was able to sit on the back porch and decompress with a couple of drinks watching the lights bounce off the Ohio river. Last night was pretty good...

I am grateful for modern medicine. I went from almost being sent home from work to hearing "wow you look much perkier now" an hour after I took the appropriate medicine.
Yes, the pharmeceutical industry has it's flaws (as do all other industries) but today it helped me out tremendously.

I am grateful for my mother giving me place to stay a little while until my new apartment's ready for me to move into and grateful for the fuzzy furball dog which rolls over for cuddles every time I come near. There's nothing like an animal to stop time while making it pass unnoticed
