I am grateful I am imperfect...or else what is there to work on?

I am grateful I can get here on my phone.

I'm grateful for neighbours who are so kind that they bring me homemade Haitian food.

I joked last week that I rarely have time to cook due to being involved in so many hobbies/pastimes...she took it to heart and fed me good wholesome food

I'm grateful for the graphic novels I discovered in my teens that showed me that being different is OK and explored ideas I didn't find elsewhere... and then for the production companies that have made them into TV series... Neverwhere.. Constantine.. Lucifer.. Preacher.. Could we have Sandman next please.. pretty please...

I am grateful for news sites that do share happy news stories and not just sad ones. I will do my best to click on the happy ones more often than the sad ones to encourage them to continue to do so.

Today I am grateful for my first class with Shirfu in a long time. He just got back from China!

Today I am grateful for video games that make seriously consider and question my mind on things.

Grateful for this ridiculously challenging position in my store. Grateful to not have popped any stitches last night while trying (and failing, but not by much) to finish everything. Grateful to have my manager back from vacation, and that we started smiling huge, stupid smiles as we approached each other last night.

Grateful to be doing it all again tonight.
