I understand your point on one hand but on the other hand this "website" is a temple. If it owned by a few then maybe I'm in the wrong place

Hello everyone. I am Guardian and I am here to pass on a message for a friend of mine named Maynoth. Here is his message:

Before you start misleading people on me being a copyright infringer.


You should tell them what actually happened on the force academy.

A person who had issues with me created an account as a female, asked for more info, and offsite I sent them an ebook I myself authored.

The agreement was it would be kept private.

So they merged my ebook with another file leaked from my teacher and posted it on about 20 different forums.

Their hope was to cause me problems with my teacher, because they were a middle aged transvestite drama-queen.

I contacted the head site owner of forceacademy.co.uk and asked that material I authored be removed as is my right as a copyright holder to the material.

He agreed, but the admin Vandor/Nidan who has deep seated personal issues used this as an excuse to ban me from the website, saying I didn't have copyright to work I authored.

He demanded I register it with copyright.gov which does not give copyright, as copyright exists automatically at the time a work is created. Legal explanation for this is included in the link below.

Registering a work with library of congress does not grant any form of copyright, and does not prove authorship of a work.

It only proves the date it was recorded with the library of congress.

I humored him and spent a good bit of money to oblige his request.

His reply was NEENER NEENER NEENER.

Maynoth's insatiable pride is his downfall.

I am not particularly interested in “he said She said” and I would appreciate it if we could keep to topic and not discuss people who are not even here to rebut any comments made.

I banned Maynoth...

Khaos was, well, being Khaos.... In his last post... Basically, he is saying, that, you are saying, "I'll take my ball and go home, if you guys don't play fair"...

We ask for a certain amount of manners and respect toward all... Khaos line to you pushes my button, but, I can't ban everyone for every thing or me and a few others are all that would be here...

The rhetoric of Maynoth is he won't get over his meditation teachings...

He joins few conversations that don't involve his style of meditation "which is secret, and hush-hush", or that he needs to defend himself...

While we ALL agree with his statements that not all meditation is the same, its his only real public point...

Look him up on any jedi site... look him up on Reddit... I have talked with him many times... Even going so far as to.try to understand his meditation... But, and no offence Maynoth, or Maynoth's friend, he is no teacher...

His style of meditation is advanced, and for most here, too difficult, let alone if the acclaimed results are even possible...

I give every one many, many chances before banning, including the trolls who come here to "kill all the jedi", at the cost of losing serious members because of that roleplaying crap...

We are not jerks...

But, at a certain point, when more effort is spent discussing irrelevant stuff, it takes away from the relevant...

Shoot, Maynoth even requested banning on his original name publiclly, and via PM to me... And I refused...

Yes, Maynoth has a "poor me, im so misunderstood" drama, and needs to work throught it...

We can't explain this to every member, every time someone feels we are not being fair...

Life is not fair, but we do our best...

Also, to Maynoths credit, he never claimed to be a teacher, which makes it all the more difficult to understand his style....
