I was having a good conversation...

No.. lol...

But, this one has resulted im the loss of a interesting contributor... I wonder if he would have made a few more of his "levels" had he decided to study with us... lol.. Too late now... (is it ever too late? )

Even his staunch adversary, who's name I won't mention (starts with a "D" and is your apprentice) spoke for the reconsideration of the stance...

I really hate these kind of decisions....

Necessary, but no less unpleasant for me... lol...

People want their accounts blocked, deleted removed, like they never been here...

But it (we, TOTJO) is a part of them, and them of us...

Life isn't so simple, you don't quit your job and say, "uh yea, delete my info would you? And make sure no one waits on me when I come in... I have no will power"...

No "blocking", no "deleting", just the grownup decision to leave the trail in my wake as I pass through...

Tho not really. I could tell maynoth was . Lan intelligent dude, with interesting insights. Just his grating delivery was really all anyone heard sometiknes. Each opinion was delivered as absolute truth, regardless of proof, on a variety of topics in which he was expert. He was right, everyone else was wrong.

Grating. But if at some point in the future, he does a little travelling, maybe takes some more school, realizes that none of us are hawking and we are measured by the breadth of our ignorance, then, yeah, welcome back, kotter.

I will actually admit to missing him. He was a good conversationalist, a well opinioned man, and and would always spice up a topic. I think on a face to face encounter, we (and the community of TotJO) could have been good friends with Maynoth. May the Force be with him, even if he would rather think it wasn't there

I think he is just frustrated he couldn't win an argument and couldn't accept the opinions of others because he strongly believs he's right and everyone else was wrong.
