Day 2: Check.

5991/5983 steps. I only made it, after being chained to my desk all day, because I took my youngest son and our dog for a walk to see the local ducks.
It was quite grounding to watch them swimming in circles and it was nice to have some father-son time without my eldest taking my attention away which was a much better reward than simply meeting my goal for the day.

Day two completed early this morning. I work 17 hours today, so I can't go running. 50 crunches done, 50 push ups done!
