Woo-hoo, I'm in! Thank you MartaLina.
My workout goal is to increase the number of pullups I can do with good form from seven now to 13 by May the 18th.

For my goal I would like to be able to get back to 25 yoga block push-ups every time (used to be able to do that no-sweat). Looking forward to seeing how this goes!

Alright. I'm signing up for this (the 100 days didn't go so well...)
My goal is to reach or exceed my daily step target as set by my Garmin VivoSmart (which will itself adjust the goal up every time I reach the goal).
My target today was 5645 which shows how inactive I've been lately since the default is 10000 and it adjusts down when you don't reach it.
And since it is now Wednesday here....
Day 1: check (current steps 5745/5645)

I'll come along. I'm still using my creative juices daily but now I've started to design and implementation my Jedi training. I will be hitting the gym a minimum of thrice weekly for cycle/strength training and, weather permitting, will be doing sprint sets twice weekly.
