What does this actually entail...?
I've tried finding the original 100 days posts but have failed...
And can new Noobs play too?

Is it suitable to set a 30-day goal, as opposed to committing to do x minutes or repetitions of an activity every day? I have a long-term goal related to the number of pullups I can do, and can set a target for how far along I want to be in 30 days - but as some of my workouts involve pullups and others involve complementary exercises, I won't be doing pullups every day.

Omhu Cuspor wrote: I like this 30-day timeframe. With a shorter timeframe than 100 days, I'm less likely than I'd otherwise be to slough off a day's effort, reasoning that there's plenty of time to make up the difference later.

Good question , if you file them under *workout* it should be fine , you can do whatever you need to do that day and check in here that you are working on your goal
