disney bought lucasfilm, new star wars movie on the way?

I think we can all agree that it is time to unfreeze Walt!!!

Disney did well with Marvel so I think taking on Star Wars will be just as good, but hopefully better.

The Star Wars universe kept expanding with the books, comics and games, so Disney have a lot of material out there to pick from. Personally I hope they follow on and show Luke rebuilding the Order and having a family, because in the books there are some great story lines they can use.

If they decide to go off on a tangent though, I think making 'The Force Unleashed' games into movies would be great, or the stories about Jedi Jaden Korr, from the Paul S Kemp books!

Either way I'm excited to see what they come up with . . . Just as long as Jar Jar Binks does't make an unwelcome return

i can now see my child hood dream, the stories i created that relate to the new jedi order, and grand master luke skywalker, they are all replaced with musicals and fairies, and...if they have any love for the saga, and for its fans, they will make it better than the old movies, with more fighting, flying and GREAT EPICNESS!!!

Not sure how they're gonna do it but I've heard it is supposed to be after the events of Ep. 6 but will not have any Skywalkers in it. It is supposed to be an entirely new trilogy at least.

they did do good with marvel...pleeeeeeaaaaaase do good with the skywalker/solo children.....

I think I'm fine with it so far. Just keep people like M. Night Shamalan away from this *COUGH;THELASTAIRBENDER;COUGH* and there really will be A New Hope.
