Greatest scene ever....when jar jar's tongue gets caught in the power coupling :woohoo:
Warning: Spoiler!
There is passion, yet there is peace
Through passion I gain strength and knowledge
Through strength and knowledge I gain victory
Through victory I gain peace and harmony
Through peace and harmony my chains are broken
There is no death, there is the force and it shall free me

Walking, stumbling on these shadowfeet
Part of the seduction of most religions is the idea that if you just say the right things and believe really hard, your salvation will be at hand.
With Jediism. No one is coming to save you. You have to get off your ass and do it yourself - Me

That moment where Luke stops, takes a cleansing breath and throws his lightsabre away. and utters the mother of all lines. "Never. You failed your highness. I am a Jedi, like my father before me."
I cheered the first time I saw it

in "the empire strikes back", I particularly like when Luke meets Yoda on Dagobah :
Yoda: I am wondering, why are you here?
Luke: I'm looking for someone.
Yoda: Looking? Found someone, you have, I would say, hmmm?
Luke: Right...
Yoda: Help you I can. Yes, mmmm?
Luke: I don't think so. I'm looking for a great warrior.
Yoda: Ohhh. Great warrior. Wars not make one great.
actually, the whole scene on Dagobah is epic
Do or do not...there is no try
or
Luke : I Can't Believe It
Yoda : That Is Why You Fail!

I also find that Empire Strikes Back is my favorite movie.
Before the release of the new trilogy, Vader always represented the darkest corner of the Universe. The opening scene, where he's choking the life out of the ship crewman, shows his resolve and determination to complete his task.
For me, the whole Dark Lord image was solidified during the infamous scene where he uttered,
"Apology Accepted, Captain Needa."
Then, without hesitation, he calls over a couple of Imperials to take out the trash, so to speak.
This gave Vader the truly dark image. You wanted Luke to win.

[Using the Force, Yoda effortlessly frees the X-Wing from the bog]
Luke: I don't, I don't believe it.

I grew up on the prequels, but I haven't got a favorite amoung the six. I'd say my favorite moments are probably during Luke's training on Dagobah and...pretty much anything involving Qui-Gonn and Obi-Wan from the prequels. I can't actually choose favorite individual parts; I love it all!

I think my favourite scene is when Luke goes to Dagobah the first time and has the vision where he beheads Vader only to see his own face.
