I'm grateful for good friends coming over, for a comfortable couch, and for pain meds.

And I'm grateful to myself for taking the opportunity to help a friend, for not isolating when I felt like it, and for eating dinner.

Today I am grateful for a few extra pounds. It's been a long time since I was able to actually gain any weight back. My pants are starting to fit again :)
