The Grateful Thread

Today I am thankful for severe thunderstorm warnings! Cant wait to feel the very air around me tremble!

I'm grateful for people who really do care ... who really do understand and can empathise ... who really have been there (or are) and know how shitty it feels to get shit on.

And I'm grateful for the phases of the moon, and the tides that turn ....

It is 12:25 and I can not sleep. However, I am grateful that I have the Temple to lurk about in till slumber overcomes me.

Today I am grateful for the weather here in Chicago! I am grateful that the 22 yr old car is up and running and that I have the chance to take it out before the black interior becomes a literal oven (air conditioning is for, well, I just never wanted to fix it so I took it off, its a semi race car.....) I am particularly excited and grateful that I might be able to go show it to my nephew who has taken an interest in his father's whose we haven't gotten running in some time his is in it's late 30's and had more problems than episode 1..........as to where mine is like the falcon, it's fast, it'll hold together.....I hope. Also, grateful for all those in the temple, the difficult conversations we have had and the progress towards a deeper understanding of each other. Sorry long post but there is lots of stuff to be grateful for today!

I see your sweetness in your Mothers eyes your cheekiness in her smile , and your stubborniess when she does not get her way , her look changes and her eyes shoot fire , and than she dare say that you did not get it from her hehe, and although we miss you , we have eachother ..

I'm grateful for the doctor who may cure Multiple Sclerosis, and therefore my friend, in my lifetime.
