The Grateful Thread

Today I am grateful for Now.

And Now.

And Now.

And Now again.

Also for macadamia nut cookies.

I'm grateful that the work on my house is still moving, however slowly. I am also grateful for Jeriko, who understands the effect the intrusion of the work has on me and talks me down when I get angry and frustrated.

Grateful to be deeply happy right now, and to notice. Grateful to be in love and to once again be comfortable in my own skin. Grateful to have learned some lessons in psychological self defence and know I won't be sucked into the same old nonsense ever again. Grateful to have regained my purpose and to know what I'm here for. Grateful for the Force... and for the warm summer evening which will let me fall asleep on my balcony, under the stars

I am grateful for having people who understand, but also for being able to understand them. The feeling of being content is always welcomed, if nothing else.

Grateful for the new job, and free food in the only five star restaurant in town...

I am grateful for the pain she gave me, for it has taught me much about what I want in life.

For the really hard lesson i am learning , when a friend send me a short message i could not make head and tails of it at first , he wrote :

"When Anakin could not get justice for what had been done to him , he became angry and paranoia and destroyed all he loved , sounds familiar Marta? "

Thank you my friend , you may have just saved my sanity , from now on i will seek healing not revenge...

Grateful for those who have patiently and lovingly stood by me and supported me.
And for those with hearts ready and eager to forgive.
I love you and I appreciate you more than I can express.
