Push-ups:10
Sit-ups: 10
Squats: 10
Meditation : 20 minutes - finished 21 consecutive days of using the 'Aware' mindfulness app foundation training. I get to choose a new course tomorrow.

Checking in: check - that's twice today.

Thank you both for your kind words :)
After these obstacles have passed in my life, I took time today to meditate for almost 20 minutes and complete my physical challenge.
So.......
DAY 1 DONE :)

Also, keep it up Dano! You are doing some great work :)

Hey Im in .as Im a lil behind but now is just as good as any. Started training tonight with 1 mile run/walk, 50 push ups, 3 sets of 15 leg lifts, bench presses . starting off light due to old soccer injury that comes and goes so taking it easy and gradually build up again. Day 1 Done

I may or may not be doing push-ups after tomorrow as I'm having surgery on my hand and probably won't be able to use it for a while. Depending on how well I recover I'll give one-handed push ups a go or just increase the squats and sit-ups.
