Day 4
Push-ups: 10
Sit-ups: 10
Squats: 10
Meditation: 15 minutes
Push-ups, sit-ups and squats are starting to get a little easier. I still can't do a full lotus for meditation and the half-lotus gets uncomfortable and thus distracting at about the 8 minute mark.
Anyone have any suggestions for a meditation 'pose'? I've tried sitting cross-legged but I tend to slouch in that position and while kneeling is comfortable, I get pins and needles in my feet which makes it awkward to get up when I;m done.

Day 5
Push-ups: 10
Sit-ups: 10
Squats: 10
Meditation: 15 minutes.
Checking in daily... technically no. Ethernet issues with the PC and limited time between shifts so I haven't logged in until after work which is past midnight...
But I'm a shift worker and this is a global forum so time is all relative anyway.
Keep up the good work everyone. Almost done with week one!

Day 7
Day 7 was a bust. I know they're naught but excuses but I had two unexpected visitors throughout the day along with being dad and making up for not seeing much of my kids over the weekend. In all honesty though I was just tired in every sense of the word and despite planning to get it done several times throughout the day I just kept putting it off until later and then more until later became tomorrow.
The (sort of) good news is, I spent much of today evaluating my 'all-or-nothing' attitudes and just how helpful or destructive they might be. I also read over my previous post and remembered to forgive myself the slip and focus on creating the habit I want most - to continue doing this challenge rather than continuing the habit of giving up.
So...
Day 8
Push-ups: 10
Sit-ups: 10
Squats: 10
Meditation: 20 minutes.
Checking in: done.
