Yeah i am slacking again so its time for another fun excersise/workout/meditation challenge , i am already on a nice routine but i can do better :laugh:

Every day for 30 days

20 pushups --> 40 by the end of 30 days
30 squats --> 60 by the end of 30 days
30 crunches--> 50+ by the end of 30 days
