I have actually been looking at Anakin Skywalker's braid. His is directly behind the ear and drapes behind the ear.

By the way. I wanted to do that too. What kind of things can I put in it?

I have been looking for that photo! I wasn'tr trying to look exactly like a jedi from the movie so I'm happy.

What was your question exactly? I used a simple tri-braid and bone beads and wire...

I simply Image Googled: 'padawan braid'. Among other things was this piccie.

I guess there isn't a question as such I just wanted to know if being a part of the Temple requires me have a braid? And if so then is there anything in particular I need to have in it.

Ah, hah, no. There is no required dresscode or hair styles. You're welcome to adopt any style you chose. When we do official in person meetings there may be a dresscode in that case, but at this point there isn't;-)

Good question.

I would have to agree.

My braid is in the C position also.

Once I have a digital camera I will show you mine.

Excellent.

I have decided on two braids, one at each temple.. sort of. should be entertaining.

I'm glad for the lack of a dress code as my chosen profession doesn't allow for me to have hair long enough for a braid, lol. A shaved head doesn't allow for much style....

I would say, go with just behind the ear, perhaps slightly further back, that way, it doesn't constatnly slip down over your ear and irritate you. Just a thought, and you asked for opinions

Well everyone. Since I am already on a role here. I am in stage one of dreadlocks. I look rediculious and I love it. They may change to something better, or they may change to something equally goofy, but for now we let it run its course. For your entertainment:
