Team Noob 30 days challenge

12 done - like Jack, I ended up doing a lot of meditation yesterday as I'm anticipating a tough day day today

13 done

Is it day 13 today or was that yesterday - I've lost track and my brain's a train wreck right now, have to restore some of its basic functions by means of a lengthy meditation session first

Its with all these different timezones haha i check in the morning after because i fall asleep during meditation , today is day 14 , but i check it off tomorrow

In that case: day 13 is a wrap

For day 14 I'd love to just go to some mountain hut where nobody can reach me and meditate all day...

Sandwiches and good company - sounds like a plan A Jedi retreat in the mountains doesn't sound too bad. I know the buddhists do stuff like that all the time - why not us?

Honestly, I'm confusing myself with which day I'm on compared to everyone else with the timezones. Also, my mind is a little scattered from work this week.

I'm beginning to think I should have gone with 30 days of meditation instead.

Day 14 complete; 70 push-ups and 60 crunches. The push-ups were 40 and 30, the crunches all at once.

You guys are an inspiration! Keep it going
